Stamping: Tips and tricks!
If you need help stamping someone a card, this is where to begin! I have put together some stamping tips and tricks, and we will go through how to make a simple card with stamps.

Supplies:
A stamp scrubber
A border stamp
Wooden and/or clear stamps
Colored pencils, crayons, or markers
Acrylic stamping block
A black ink pad
5in by 5in piece of card stock

Step 1:
Start by selecting a border stamp, kind of like the one we show up here. Mine is wooden, so I will follow these instructions. If you have clear stamps, skip to step 5. Ink it well by tapping it into the ink pad. Sometimes it is easier to tap the ink pad into the stamp rather than doing that, if the stamp is larger than the ink pad. But I am using the above method.

Step 2: Press the stamp into the bottom of the paper firmly, so it leaves a clear mark.
Repeat on top.

Step 3: Scrub the stamp with a stamp scrubber. If you don't have one, you can try using a paper towel.

Step four: Repeat with other wooden stamps to make a basic card. Also, I am using the colored pencils/crayons/markers to color it in.

Step 5: For some words on the front of the card I am using a clear stamp. With clear stamps the instructions are a little bit different, so watch carefully. Select a stamp off of the clear plastic sheet, and gently peel it off.

Step 6: Stick it to an acrylic block that fits its size.

Step 7: Tap it into an ink pad, just like before with the wooden stamps.

Step 8: Press it onto the picture.

Step 9: Scrub the stamp on a scrubber or a paper towel. You can do this with the stamp on the block or off.

And ta da! It is done!
